Home visits

If you can't join a gym in person, an exercise physiologist can visit your home to deliver a personalised exercise program. This service is ideal if you:

  • Don’t live near our gyms or can’t access transport
  • Need extra support after illness, injury or surgery
  • Prefer the privacy of your own home to stay fit and healthy.

Uniting Seniors Gym

“I don't know what I'd do without my gym. Not only for the focus on seniors, but for the care, concern and advice. I'm waiting for a knee operation and doing my best to stay on top of the pain and discomfort, rather than be laid low and depressed by it all. My Seniors Gym is a necessary part of the preparation process.”

“The staff are amazing. I recommend this service to all. I am having radiation and I come here and feel fulfilled. I know they're a happy crew and in such a tiny office that they work very well together. Always watching others, communicating kindly and respectfully. A well-oiled machine.”
