Your aged care assessment will take place at home or in hospital. Consider having a support person such as a family member or your carer with you.
Your assessment letter will show your approved aged care services and provide your individual support plan.

We offer living arrangements – from spacious private rooms with ensuites, to shared rooms for those who enjoy company. While each room is furnished, it’s your space, so you’re free to decorate and make it your own.
You’ll have access to communal lounge, dining and entertainment rooms, as well as gardens that are great for family visits and socialising with other residents.
