Supporting your psychosocial recovery

Our specialist team collaborates with participants to develop customised care plans and provide support in individual and group sessions.

Our group supports include:

  • Information sessions to enhance daily living skills such as budgeting and nutrition
  • Visits from other service providers for additional supports and referral pathways
  • Visits to continuing education centres to explore study options
